About Nora Ora (Klimovich Eleonora):

Eleonora (1974) is a contemporary artist whose life and work have been shaped by a journey that began at the age of five and has continued across the globe ever since. Born on 26 October 1974, she spent her formative years moving through Germany, Turkmenistan, Moscow, Australia, France, Monaco, and later traveled to Japan, whose aesthetics and philosophy left a deep lasting impression. Her exposure to diverse cultures, landscapes, and artistic traditions has become the foundation of her creative language.

An autodidact by nature, Eleonora has also enriched her practice through numerous artistic courses and masterclasses, exploring different approaches to painting and image-making. She believes that “everything is possible and deeply individual in art”, and her practice reflects a continual openness to experimentation, transformation, and learning.

Eleonora’s work focuses on capturing bright, resonant moments of life and expressing their metaphysical transformations through eye, mind, emotion, and heart. Her inspiration stems from both living and inanimate phenomena, cultural diversity, decorative and contemporary art, fashion, and the multicoloured processes of life. Her paintings explore the metamorphosis of the internal and external, the relationships between presence, perception, mental states, and the therapeutic impact of art.

She believes that art carries an essential responsibility:

“The impact of art on our present life is powerful, so it should convey a positive message and the right guidance.”

Eleonora’s works often radiate a bright, soulful, colourful, and humorous energy, holding within them her sense of harmony, kindness, and love for the world. She works with oil, acrylic, markers, aquarelle, and pastel, allowing techniques to overlap and evolve. Her paintings are intentionally uncluttered—sometimes semi-transparent or fluid—where density, colour, and form interact to create compositions that grow increasingly minimalistic yet vibrantly expressive over time.

For Eleonora, each artwork is a window into her inner world and a testament to the artist’s evolving role in the world.
